Low Season: Jan 4th - April 1st €600 per week

(€50per person per week for excess of 6 persons applicable for all seasons).  Terms negotiable for 2 persons only. Additional nights by negotiation (in excess of 7 nights).               

Casa Churrispa is a spacious well equipped modern villa with spectacular views to Mount Maroma and surrounding countryside.  It is named after the ruined finca which lies below the house, which is on a a 5,000sqm plot, planted with olive, almond and fig trees.  Approximately a 25 minute walk to the village or 5 minutes by car on an unmade (easily negotiable) track.

There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms .  The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed ands en suite bathroom.  This room is air-conditioned and has access to 2 private terraces where you can sunbathe or just sit and watch the sunset.  The remaining 2 bedrooms are downstairs with shared bathroom.  A large sofa bed is able to accommodate 2 additional persons (at a supplement) and a cot is available on request.

The sitting room benefits from a fan assisted log fire for winter rentals, Spanish or English satellite television, DVD, video and hi-fi.  There is a well equipped large kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher as well as rotisserie oven and hob.  The dining area off the kitchen has a large extending dining table able to cater for 8 - 10 persons.

All rooms have electric panel heaters and fans.  Internet access is available (unlimited for €10 per week, advance notice required).

Casa Churrispa sits in well established pretty gardens with fantastic views.   There are terraces both to the front and rear allowing shade or sun all day and the tranquil outside area is equipped with  furniture.
