The house is set at the end of a pathway so no neighbours pass by.

Dining area sits 6 persons, fully fitted kitchen with full cooking facilities.

There is sufficient outside furniture for all the houses.

Only 200m to the harbour, sea and restaurants, bars and shops. There are 3 beaches with blue flag status. There are ferry crossings to Fuerteventura and other trips from the harbour.

Location:

Las Casitas is set in the fishing village of Playa Blanca on the south coast of Lanzarote. The complex adjoins the picturesque fishing village of Playa Blanca. Las Casitas is about 40 minutes drive from the Airport. Taxis are easily available from the airport and as the complex is in the heart of Playa Blanca you do not need a car.

The coastal village of Playa Blanca set in a sheltered bay with a gently shelving beach of fine golden sand.  There are 3 beaches with blue flag status.  A quiet peaceful Resort, it has an attractive promenade with sea front cafés, bars and restaurants.

Playa Blanca is only a short drive from the lively Resort of Puerto del Carmen and the beautiful beaches of Papagayo.

Amenities and Services:

The properties are built in traditional Moorish style with white walls and beautiful natural woodwork, they are set in landscaped gardens, with the resort centred around a large, heated swimming pool. The interior is light, spacious and comfortable with satellite television, DVD player, hairdryer. The villa has its own garden and patio complete with barbecue and garden

The wide range of facilities available at Las Casitas include the superb swimming pool, with heated children’s pool, two floodlit tennis courts. A small restaurant, large barbecue area and bar provide a focal point to meet new friends and relax over a meal or a long cool drink.
 

There is a reception that is an official currency exchange, Internet facilities are on site  and a book lending service is available.

All linen, towels, both bathroom and swimming towels are provided and changed once during the course of your stay. The property is also cleaned on a Monday during your stay.
 

The Villa has two twin bedded rooms, one bath/shower/wc - fully fitted kitchen – two sofa beds in lounge – maximum occupancy 6 persons regardless of age. (Cot maximum age 1.5 years)

£349, for the bungalow for the week day beginning 30th August 2012.  There is a small additional charge for electricity/water, payable on site on departure.  Normally around 15 - 20 euros depending on the occupancy.
