Casa Zafaraya (completely self contained apartment) at the rear of the owners property is set in the countryside of Sedella (see additional information about Sedella) and about 10 minutes drive to the village itself with several bars and restaurants. The house is approached from the main road down a dirt track. You can step right outside of the apartment and walk straight into the countryside and up into the mountains (the owner is a keen hiker and has provided a file of information on some of the walks he has undertaken). The apartment, set behind the owners house, is split into distinct areas within an open space providing light, airy and roomy accommodation. This consists of a double bedroom area, lounge/dining area, archway to a fully fitted kitchen and private bathroom with full facilities. The apartment is approached through a pretty enclosed courtyard with the trickle of the water fountain, for the sole use of guests, there is a further terrace at the rear of the apartment with patio furniture also for your sole use; ideal for dining al fresco or by candlelight on warm balmy evenings. Sit amongst the olive trees and breathe in the magnificent views of the surrounding area with vistas of mountains set against a backdrop of deep blue sky and the sea in the distance. On a lower terrace, near the house of the owners, there is a swimming pool which you are welcome to use. The apartment has central heating for the cooler evenings during the Winter months. If you are looking for total relaxation, to get away from your everyday life, this is an ideal rental for you. The owners, although close by, ensure your privacy but are on hand for advice and information if needed. N.b. The owners have a friendly cat and dog (this information maybe relevant for those who have adverse allergies). |
