This 3 storey detached village house is set at the highest point in the village of Sedella, giving uninterrupted views of the village, countryside and mountains.  Indeed, step outside your front door and you abound the nature reserve, ideal for keen walkers.  A further few steps and you are in the centre of the village of Sedella with several bars, restaurants and shops.   The house is designed around an open-air patio and has 2 large roof terrraces with furniture for relaxation and dining alfresco.  There are 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room ensuite.   Whilst this is a large house with 3 double bedrooms, the lounge with woodburning stove makes a cosy living area and the excellently equipped kitchen makes this house a “home from home” with full cooking facilities, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc.   The house is designed over 3 floors;  this and the access to the house is  unsuitable for those who are less mobile.   The short track to the entrance of the house is a goat and donkey track where  goat herders pass.  You will therefore need to park a few minutes walk away in the village.
