This recently
completed “finca” style house has been designed in traditional
Andalucian style oozing with Character and a Spanish traditional feel
but with all the modern comforts and is finished to a very high
standard. Casa Almendros is set
in the Countryside of Sedella, close to the natural park and is accessed
down an unmade road (easily negotiated) .
The owners spend much time here and this is reflected in the
quality of the facilities available to you including videos, books, CD
player and comprehensive information about the surrounding area for you
to enjoy. The house is set in
approximately 7,000sqm of land with almond ,olive and other fruit
trees together with fabulous countryside and mountain views making this
a real “haven”. but only a few
minutes away from the mountain village of Sedella with its bars and
restaurants and shops. Experience total Peace and tranquility
as you sit on the terraces of Casa Almendros with the occasional
goat herder passing you by. The
house has 2 bedrooms (master ensuite) a further twin bedded room, shower
room with WC etc (doors lead from the bedrooms to the terraces).
The lounge is cosy with a log burning fire, with archway to the
dining and kitchen area which is
well equipped with full cooking facilities.
There is also a utility with washing machine, large
fridge/freezer etc.
Outside is a large
furnished terrace with a pergola – a great place to eat outside both by
day and the evening, by candlelight.
There are lots of sunny and shady areas to enjoy around the good
size pool (8m x 4m)..
