The property of approximately 70 sqm, consists of living area with woodburning stove, this room whilst appointed in traditional Moorish character is light and airy with 2 windows and a pretty balcony where you can sit.  The kitchen and bathroom are built in innovative style;  as is the whole feeling of this house that reflects a traditional Andalucian style incorporating heavy Moorish influences.  Great care, attention and thought have been given to this restoration.  The outside space is a pretty roof terrace partly shaded with bamboo and lovely views over the village and mountains (it is possible to alter this area to provide additional living space and to build a terrace at a higher level).  

The current owners have renovated this property with care and flair reflecting a Moorish style together with  hand picked items brought  from Morocco.  Delicate detailed features appear discerningly throughout the property with beautifully detailed window grills and internal/external doors.  An ideal holiday or rental property!
